Check coolant – Just as important as the fluids that help keep your engine from freezing in the winter, these fluids help keep your vehicle from overheating. An engine is hot no matter the weather, but it can get even more so in the summer. We'll make sure your coolant is topped off, but we'll also check the hoses and coolant reservoir to make sure they're in good shape so you don't end up having to deal with any leaks.
Check your wipers – If you still haven't changed your wipers after the ice and snow of winter destroyed them, now is the time to do that. It rains in the summer, too!
Replace your air filter – Changing the air filter is something everybody puts off for as long as they possibly can, but summertime is a great opportunity to do that. They can catch a lot of allergens in the spring, but no matter what's clogging them up, it's bad for the heat of your engine and for fuel efficiency.
