With seven new models hitting the desert trails in Moab, Utah this month, Jeep is showing off some of the best of what its models can do with the simple addition of a few new Jeep parts and performance boosts.
Some of the more notable models at this year’s Easter Jeep Safari include the Jeep Safari (which features see-through panels and a transparent roof), the Jeep Quicksand (essentially a dune buggy), the Jeep Grand One (a 25th anniversary remix of the first 1993 Jeep Cherokee), the Jeep Trailpass (a supped-up version of the 2017 Jeep Compass Trailhawk), the Jeep Switchback (a monster off-roader with 4-inch lift and 37-inch tires), the Jeep CJ66 (a hybrid of several different Jeep Wrangler components), and the Jeep Luminator (an SUV lit up with loads of LED lights).
While the 2017 Jeep Wrangler is still the paragon of off-road driving, these concepts prove that the Jeep brand as a whole is still unparalleled when it comes to hitting that ol’ dusty trail as hard as it deserves to be hit. While these concepts won’t find their way to Heritage Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Parkville, we’re still excited about the new concepts, mostly because they’re incredibly cool. We assume that Baltimore, MD Jeep fans are just as excited as we are. Why wouldn’t they be?
