Just about everybody has heard of the magazine Good Housekeeping, a women's magazine that has been around for over 130 years. As far as periodicals go, it's one of the longest-running, most respected magazines in existence. While we don't necessarily turn to it most often for advice on which car to purchase, in working with the good people at Car and Driver magazine, the Good Housekeeping Institute recently learned everything they needed to know in naming the 2018 Chrysler Pacifica their 2018 Best New Car in the Hybrid category.

"As America's first-ever and only hybrid minivan, it is by definition a one-of-a-kind, no-compromise family vehicle," said Laurie Jennings, Deputy Editor & Director of the Good Housekeeping Institute. "Offering all the qualities of the well-received gas model, the Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid displays substantial real-world electric range for most driver's daily commutes, great fuel economy when operating as a hybrid and plenty of room for families."

We've said this before here at Heritage Chrysler Dodge Jeep® RAM Parkville, but the 2018 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid is the only minivan in its segment at the moment, with borderline unbelievable EPA numbers and a far-spanning all-electric range, so it's easy to see why Good Housekeeping readers would be interested to know its many strengths.

If you would like to take a closer look at this minivan and you live in or near Aberdeen, MD, stop by our dealership any time and we will be happy to get you behind the wheel for a test drive. This really is a great minivan that continues to win accolades from just about every publication that has an accolade to give. We absolutely are thrilled to add this one to the list!
